Classic French

Le Carte
(that’s French for menu!)

L’amuse-bouche et Le Pain
Red Onion Tartare, Portobello Mousse, and Whipped Butter with Warmed Baguette

L’Entrée
Tempura Beet-Stained Egg on Frisée with Beet “lardon” and Red Beet Vinaigrette

Le plat principal
Choke au Vin Blanc
Roasted sunchokes, crispy artichoke hearts, sauteed baby artichokes, and shaved sunchokes cooked in a Riesling and Cynar cream sauce, and finished with tarragon and parsley.
(I want everyone to know that this is exactly what you should be eating on a cold winter night. I have never felt more certain of anything in my life.)

Roasted Acorn Paris Brest with Candied Sunflower Seeds

Price: $55/person (includes tip, but not tax)

Being French, we are also offering a wine pairing for an additional $30/person.
